We offer returns with full refund when you contact us within 30 days of your original purchase. Items must be returned sealed in their original packaging and in the same condition which they were received.
These items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Multi Bio Max Probiotic Capsules
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
How to return a product you purchased
Email us within 30 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your order number and reason for the return. You will be asked to ship the item(s) back to us at your expense and in similar packaging to that which was used to ship it to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we email to confirm whether or not your refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually with 7-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, email us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com to provide your order number and reason for the exchange request. Please attach images of the defective or damaged item to your email.
If your exchange request is approved, we will ship your replacement item(s) at no charge to you.
When returning an item for refund, you will asked to pay return shipping costs.
When requesting a replacement due to damage or defect, you will not be asked to return the item to us, and your replacement(s) will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
