Happy Valentines Week!
You’ll have to indulge me today. Consider it a frozen yogurt #overgram in blog form.
I just couldn’t stop with all the pictures because:

I love pink.
I love the hot pink polka dot straws my 5 year old sidekick picked out.
I love ice cream and frozen yogurt.
I love milkshakes.
I love strawberries.
I love dark chocolate.
I love that whole foods God created make desserts that are healthy, delicious, and pretty to boot!
So here we go…

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt (No Ice Cream Maker Required)
Probiotic Strawberry Milkshake
You know that frozen yogurt we just made? Let if defrost on the counter for a few minutes, then blend or stir a few splashes of cream into it until it’s milkshake consistency. Voila!
If a naturally sweet milkshake isn’t sweet enough for you, or if you just love dark chocolate with everything (believe me, I understand that one), add some good quality chocolate chips on top. (My kids really loved the extra sweet touch!)
Well, there you have it. A super easy and healthy recipe for strawberry frozen yogurt, delicious served alone or in milkshake form.
