Ingredients
For the whipped cream

cup
heavy cream
1-2
Tbsp
pure maple syrup
1/2
tsp
pure vanilla extract
For the hot chocolate
2
cups
raw milk
2
cups
raw cream
1/2
cup
pure maple syrup
3.5
oz
white chocolate
chopped or broken into pieces
1/8
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
pure vanilla extract
Topping
A square or two of white chocolate on top of each serving is an extra sweet treat!
Instructions
For the whipped cream
Beat cream until just begins to thicken.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until soft peaks form.
For the hot chocolate
Place milk, cream, maple syrup, and chopped chocolate into saucepan. Whisk constantly over medium heat until smooth and steaming.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and salt.
Top with whipped cream and white chocolate squares.
