Creamy Avocado Dressing

The distinct flavor and smooth texture of this creamy Hass Avocado dressing really sets a salad apart.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Hass Avocados
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
