Strawberry Frozen Yogurt & Probiotic Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice or other red juice
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend on low until just combined, then on high until thick and creamy.
  • Freeze for a few hours or overnight.

Notes

For Probiotic Strawberry Milkshake, blend or stir a few scoops of the frozen yogurt with a few splashes of milk or cream. Top with dark chocolate chips if desired.
