  • 4 tbsp raw cacoa
  • 4 tbsp collagen
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 32 oz whole milk

Easy blender method
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until thoroughly combined, serve in glasses or store in the fridge for later.
