5 Minute Veggie Sandwich with Hummus and Feta

Ingredients
Sliced sourdough bread
Cut larger slices in half
Red pepper hummus
Veggies of choice
I used cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts, yellow bell peppers, and avocado
Sea salt
and black pepper if you want
Crumbled feta cheese
Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Toast the sourdough, then spread a generous amount of hummus on each slice.
Stack the vegetables, sprinkling with sea salt as you go.
Add the feta and cilantro and serve.
