Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp raw cacoa
  • 4 tbsp collagen
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 32 oz whole milk

Easy blender method

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until thoroughly combined, serve in glasses or store in the fridge for later.

No blender method

  • Add all ingredients to a large mason jar (you might need to do this in 2 batches) and shake vigorously until combined.
