This gorgeous strawberry beet smoothie has only 5 real food ingredients - strawberries, beets, dates, coconut milk, and collagen. It's a fast and easy way to get some antioxidants, protein, and gut healthy collagen into your day! (Dairy free)

Optional garnish


  • Place all ingredients except ice in blender, in order listed. Blend on medium, then on high until smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, topped with chia seeds (optional).


Tips for Making Creamy Strawberry Beet Smoothie
  • This smoothie has a light beet flavor that's well balanced by the dates and strawberries. If you're not a fan of beets, you can decrease the amount to 1/4 cup and will hardly notice them. 
  • To make this a green smoothie, add a large handful of baby spinach - just know the color will change.
  • Any milk can be used in place of the coconut milk.
  • Each 11 oz serving has approximately 6 grams of protein, but you can add more collagen to increase the protein.
