This Easy Greek Dressing can be whipped up in only 5 minutes and can transform the plainest of salads. Made with vinegar, olive oil, garlic and herbs it tastes incredible and will keep well for weeks!
Traditional Greek Dressing
Greek dressing is traditionally a vinaigrette made with olive oil, vinegar, dried herbs and garlic. It’s light but packs a punch of flavor and is the perfect way to jazz up any plain old boring salad. Homemade dressings taste so much better and are so much healthier than store bought dressings that rely mostly on canola oil, soybean oil, or other highly refined and inflammatory oils as a base.
For this homemade Greek dressing recipe, a hefty dose of raw garlic and some Dijon mustard add spicy bold flavor and a little maple syrup gives the lightest hint sweetness to balance it out. It tastes so delicious and, best of all, takes only 5 minutes to whip up!
This dressing is not only great on salad but can be used in so many other ways. I use it to marinate my 3 Ingredient Greek Chicken and it adds so much flavor!
